EDUCATION & AWARENESS: MENTAL HEALTH AT WORKPLACE

6 January 2023 - The seminar on “Mental Health at Workplace” was held at INFORMM Health Campus on 6^th January 2023 for 1 hour from 10.00 am to 11.00 am. The talk was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Zarawi Mat, a lecturer from the Department of Medical Education, School of Medical Science, Health Campus, USM Kelantan via Webex online. The seminar was attended by the INFORMM staff from Penang and Kelantan. This seminar aims to educate all INFORMM staff on mental health issues in the workplace and encourage them to adopt behavior that leads to emotional well-being. This seminar has contributed to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education).
